SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time
Orders are typically dispatched within 48 hours of purchase once payment has been processed. Please note that during sales periods, processing times may be extended to 4-6 business days due to high order volumes.
Delivery Timeframes
We ship via Australia Post with delivery timeframes of 1-7 business days from dispatch, depending on your location.
Shipping Rates
- Standard Shipping (Australia-wide): $11 AUD flat rate
- Express Shipping (Australia-wide): $15 AUD flat rate
- Free Shipping (Australia-wide): on orders placed over $199 AUD
Delayed or Lost Parcels
If your parcel has not been delivered within 30 days of dispatch, we will lodge an enquiry with Australia Post on your behalf. Please note that we must wait for a response from Australia Post, as delivery issues are resolved directly by them. If we are unable to resolve it through Australia post, we will offer a replacement or refund if needed.
